Registration Form

Players wishing play for Rushen United FC during the 2024-2025 season  must complete the Player Registration Form in full. 

The form which is in the section below, can be completed online but will need to be saved and then attached before you submit it to the Club. 

Rushen United FC operate a ‘No Play Until You Pay Policy’ in place.  

Players must also ensure their personal details are accurately recorded on the Football Association website.
